Bearden Baseball Community

COMMUNITY SERVICE

The Bearden Baseball coaching staff works with our team to instill a sense of responsibility to the local community within the baseball team.  Bearden Baseball service projects are completed throughout the year by players and the coaching staff.

In October of each year, our coaches, players and family members form a team and participate in the Susan Komen Race for the Cure to help raise funds for breast cancer  research.

Our teams spend time ringing the bells for the Salvation Army Red Kettle campaign during the month of November and/or December.

A favorite of all of the players is the opportunity to serve as ushers at the Knoxville Nativity Pageant held at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum.
